Permanent employees of:
  a. Government, Semi-Government, Non-Governmental & Autonomous Organizations;
  b. Different Corporations & Multi-national Companies;
  c. Different Banks, Financial Institutions & Insurance Companies;
  d. Different renowned Government & Private University, College, School & Madrasa;
Worthy businessman having trade license, VAT certificate and TIN;
Professionals like Physicians, Engineers, Doctors, Architects etc.;
Landlord/ Landlady having sufficient cash flow from rental income;
Q. Is there any age limit to avail facilities under Household Durable Investment Scheme?
A Yes, Minimum age 25 years and Maximum age 60 years/up to retirement age (For service holder) and 65 years (For Businessman, Professionals & Property Owner), but expiry date of the Investment Facility must not exceed that age.
Q. What is the minimum monthly income to avail the facility?
A Minimum Tk.25,000/-.
